If there is no stoppage and the fight goes the full 5 rounds, and is determined by the judges' scorecards, then this market will resolve YES. It will also resolve to YES in the unlikely event of a technical decision.

If the fight ends in a stoppage, whether TKO/KO or Submission, this market will resolve to NO. It will also resolve to NO in the event of a DQ or No Contest. This market will not take into account situations where results are overturned after the night.
