If Jerome Powell remains chair of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System such that when January 20th, 2026 (marking 1 full year of the second Trump presidency) has ended in all US timezones, he is still the chair, then this market resolves YES.
If he ceases to be chair at any point on or before this date, this market will resolve NO.
