I will end up hearing a lot of Harris talking in the lead-up to the election. If I hear her say this phrase unironically, without quoting someone, or otherwise being unserious in saying it, before election day, I will resolve YES. Otherwise NO.
Feel free to link her saying it in the comments. I won't go out of my way to avoid hearing her say it, and instead will try to actively seek it out. If someone digs up a time she said it before August 2024, this will not count for the purposes of the market - it must be something she said between August 1st, 2024 and November 5th, 2024.
Kamala Harris has pivoted to the centre on many issues since becoming the 2024 democratic nominee, but energy abundance, fossil fuel production, fracking, and similar topics seem to have been de-emphasized over other issues. I'm interested in whether she does end up visiting those topics at some point.
