I will end up hearing a lot of Harris talking in the lead-up to the election. If I hear her say this phrase unironically, without quoting someone, or otherwise being unserious in saying it, before election day, I will resolve YES. Otherwise NO.

Feel free to link her saying it in the comments. I won't go out of my way to avoid hearing her say it, and instead will try to actively seek it out. If someone digs up a time she said it before August 2024, this will not count for the purposes of the market - it must be something she said between August 1st, 2024 and November 5th, 2024.
