If a 10th movie directed by Tarantino is released before January 1st, 2025, this market will resolve to YES. It doesn't have to be a wide release, if it shown at e.g. a film festival before 2025 this would still count.

To clarify, “before 2025” mean “before Jan 1 2025” or “before the end of 2025” (so e.g. if the film is shown at the spring 2025 Cannes, it counts).
