@ZviMowshowitz has reviewed many roguelike deckbuilders and put them on a tier list. The most recent formulation of the tier list I could find is this:
Tier 1 (Must Play): Slay the Spire
Tier 2 (Worth It): Across the Obelisk, Monster Train, Roguebook
Tier 3 (Good): Dream Quest
Tier 4 (Playable): Monster Slayers, Dicey Dungeons
Tier 5 (We Don’t Talk About Bruno): We don’t talk about it. I think I’ve encountered a few, but I’m not convinced I gave them a fair shake.

He also put Cobalt Core in Tier 4 here: https://manifold.markets/Tripping/what-tier-of-his-rogue-deckbuilders
This market will resolve to the tier that he puts Balatro into when he reviews the game.
Link to steam page of the game: https://store.steampowered.com/app/2379780/Balatro/
This market will resolve N/A if Zvi makes up a new tier to put it in (tier 0, tier 1.5, tier 6, etc.). It will also resolve N/A if Zvi explicitly says he will not put the game on the tier list.
This market will not resolve until Zvi has chosen a tier for the game, or until he explicitly says he won't put the game on the tier list.

"But yeah, play it, it’s fun, I’d say Tier 2."

I know @case can’t get enough of it! Seems pretty cheap and polished.
