Background
Donald Trump has proposed immigration reforms including a "Gold Card" visa program that would allow wealthy investors to obtain a visa and potentially a pathway to U.S. citizenship by investing $5 million in the United States.
The term "Berlusconi Visa" is a semi-ironic reference to a comment that former Italian-PM SIlvio Berlusconi made that illegal immigrants were not welcome in Italy but that he would make an exception for "beautiful girls". This fits into the pronatalist agendas of JD Vance and others aligned with Trump.
Considerations
This does not refer to the existing pathways for immigration to the US for Fashion Models under O-1 or H-1B visa programs.
