At close (Roughly Sep. 4th 10:00am UTC) I will generate a random number between 0 and N-1 (N being the largest upper bound value from the spreadsheet) using fairlyrandom with the following command:

@FairlyRandom min=0 max=N-1 offset=5

Winner takes all.

I'm adding 250 mana as an initial pot, which will not count towards tickets.
