Background on my juggling: I bought juggling balls last month and practice around 5 h/week. I can juggle 3 balls in cascade, half-shower, 423, and I'm getting the hang of shower and 441.
This market resolves to YES if I first make 8 catches in a 4-ball pattern that is asynchronous (arms alternate throws) and where each ball is thrown to the opposite hand. It resolves to NO if I first make 6 catches of 3-ball cascade while blindfolded. In each feat I must not drop any balls. If I accomplish neither feat by the end of 2023, this market resolves N/A.
I'm not counting fountain as a "real" 4-ball pattern because I feel like it's less impressive. Example patterns that would count include siteswaps 552 or 53.

1,000"and where each ball is thrown to the opposite hand" seems very weird. Typically, people consider the standard 4ball pattern to be "4" and not "4x" like you are describing.
Also, I consider blindfold juggling consistently to be super difficult and comparable to juggling 5 balls. I qualified 5 balls before I qualified 3 blindfolded (and I stopped juggling shortly after that).
I definitely think fountain counts as a "real" pattern. (Though I appreciate that's beside the point.)
How do you feel about multiplex? There's a really nice and fairly easy 4 ball multiplex pattern that looks really cool in my opinion. (Unfortunately I can't remember how siteswap works for multiplex.)
Are you trying to do 3 balls blindfold out in front of you or behind your back?
I'd also recommend 55550 and 5551 as relatively easy siteswaps that meet your criteria. I'd say they're easier than 53.
@Fion 552 feels like the easiest of the bunch to me by a fair bit, agreed that 53 > 55550 and 5551. Honestly 55550 and 5551 don't feel that much easier than a 5 ball cascade to me, but that's probably just because I have so much more practice doing the 5 ball cascade.
@ThomasKwa if you're willing to bounce/roll the 3 ball blindfolded off your chest that makes it substantially easier, otherwise I agree with the consensus here that one of the 4 ball patterns is way easier (though obviously it depends on what you decide to practice).
@DanStoyell Mostly I'm learning standard 3 ball tricks, and spending maybe 1.5h/week trying random stuff like bouncing off body parts or blindfolded. If I feel like I'm close to one of the feats I'll probably practice that one more.
