Would the 25th being invoked count as a resignation?

Resign: to voluntarily leave a job or other position. To give up (an office, power, privilege, etc.).

@Johnny Does the Biden dying count as resigning? Better off you to clarify now in case we get in the shitdown jams here! ABC - ALWAYS BE CLARIFYING

bought แน€100 YES

I think Bernie still has a chance

@JesWolfe you joke but if he wins California by 170% and gets all of Hillary's superdelegates to flip he could definitely still win

bought แน€25 YES

50 on yes, because I keep underestimating "the absurd thing happens"

@JoshuaPhillipsLivingReaso the "nothing ever happens" gang in hypothetical shambles.

Lol I bet he's gonna resign so Kamala pardons him

@Erskine Yes, this is very a characteristic of the Biden personality.

@Erskine JB doesn't have any convictions against him at the moment. So unless JB gets sentenced to a crime within the next month or so, a pardon would only give JB blanket protection from being (federally) prosecuted for anything he's done in the past (see linked.) That's a big "only", but I don't think JB needs that protection, especially given America's soft stance on punishing presidents.

Who buys YES

bought แน€25 YES at 4%

@beaver1 Funniest outcome is the most likely. Kamala WILL be the first woman president (for two weeks)

bought แน€50 YES at 4%
bought แน€50 NO at 4%
bought แน€50 NO

@nikstar you have a sense of humor of a coping redditor

He wants to give Kamala a chance to be president because she'll never get it again.

@Riley12 Show us the mana

@VandelayIndustries in at 1% w sweepcash

@FlipPidot What happened to your old comments? I wanted to ask for an update on your thinking!

@DavidFWatson Are my old comments gone?

My thinking is that the time value is dwindling fast here!

That said, I've been selling a lot lately, not because I think it's too highly priced, but to free up Mana to boost other markets.

@FlipPidot ๐Ÿ˜† I'm selling my NO for the same reason

If Biden is hospitalised or similar and without resigning is instead removed as unfit/incapable does this resolve no not resigned?

This looks different from finish first term market so another reason it isn't a perfect arbitrage.

Unfortunately not enough scope to sell at 6% here and 94% there.

Just to be clear, him dying doesn't resolve YES?

bought แน€1,000 NO at 9%

@Predictor Sorry, does that mean him dying would resolve YES?

@Kraalnaxx That is an interesting interpretation.

@Predictor I'm just trying to clarify what you meant, because I realized I might have misunderstood before lol. Yes or no, Joe Biden dying would resolve this market to YES.

@Kraalnaxx A dead president can hardly resign, can he?

@Kraalnaxx No, yeah, for sure I get it. I will get the question updated to reflect resolution.
