Context: I'm currently working as a software engineer at a big tech company, this is my first job in the industry, I've been working here for nearly a year. It pays well and I've saved up some money. I like some aspects of it and dislike others. I have no doubt that I could pass another industry interview loop, but I never went to college, and I worry that if I leave before the two-year mark it will look to recruiters like I washed out. On the other hand, it seems like all my friends are in cool startups and want me to sign on with them. I'm cleaning up my resume to send out to one of these startups, if for no other reason that I'm curious about their interview process.

bought Ṁ30 of YES
People are, in general, happier when they quit their job or do the big leap of faith they hesitate doing. I worry that this market would act as a bias to your talking this decision. Buying yes to signal that I believe you'd be happier conditional on leaving (might be worse opening a secondary market for it?)
