This includes DLC. This does not include nonstandard parts of play, e.g. a dark ages game that ends in 500 AD but has the option to continue past the end of the timeline
The idea of Paradox releasing a grand strategy game set in 632 is intriguing, especially considering how rich that period is with historical events. It would be fascinating to see how they incorporate various cultures and conflicts into the gameplay. I've enjoyed exploring different periods in strategy games, and it reminds me of my experiences with crazy cattle 3d, which offers a unique twist on strategy mechanics.
Afaik 632AD lies in the gap between Imperator (-20AD) and CK2 (769AD-). Paradox developers previously voiced concerns that the migration period (350-500s) is harder to do as a game.
Personally I don't expect the game soon, and there's not enough profit to bet YES in this market (given my discount rates due to x-risk + impatience).
