This market asks whether President Donald Trump signs a new executive order imposing tariffs on goods originating in the European Union between 2026-05-16 and 2026-06-14 23:59 UTC.
Resolution
Resolves YES if a presidential executive order signed in this window is published to the Federal Register (federalregister.gov) AND that order imposes a new tariff (or raises an existing tariff) on EU-origin goods. "New" means either a category or rate not in effect at market creation. Re-imposition of a previously-lifted tariff counts.
Resolves NO if no such EO is signed in the window.
Resolves N/A if the Federal Register is unavailable through 2026-06-30 (extraordinary case).
federalregister.gov is the authoritative source.
