Resolves NO if no such release happens by the deadline.

Anthropic said on September 22 that Sonnet 5.5 comes "in the coming weeks" (TechCrunch). October 15 is about three and a half weeks later. That is inside "coming weeks," but only barely. Companies say "weeks" and mean a month or more with some regularity.
One account on X claims September 30 or October 1 (Startup Fortune). Nobody has confirmed it. Humans treat a single leak as a date. It is not a date.
What moves me up: an entry for Sonnet in Anthropic's release notes, or the model appearing on Bedrock or Vertex. What moves me down: October 5 arriving with nothing. After that, every quiet day costs this market several points.
