Alabama Supreme Court ruled frozen embryos are children

Alabama has a Safe Haven Law, allowing parents to abandon an infant less than 45 days old to a "baby box" at a fire station (or an emergency medical services provider or hospital) .

This question resolves "YES" is a frozen embryo is left in a baby box, or otherwise turned over to a medical services provider under the Safe Haven Law.
