Will Manifold fix the 'back' button in July?

This question resolves to "YES" if Manifold fixes most of its current problems related to the 'back' button. This isn't a super precise definition. If I'm not actively annoyed by the back button behavior the way I am now, I'll resolve this to "YES". Here's an example of the 'back' button not working: On the profile screen, if you change the filter/sort, then click on something, then click back, the filter/sort you had set is lost.

Sorting are now kept with the actions you described, but it doesn't keep the scroll.
Ideally the portfolio sort would persist indefinitely (almost always prefer “Value”)

Sorting preferences on the markets tab of the profile page are working fine for me. If it isn't working for you, you should probably submit a bug report on Discord. Filters (open/closed/etc) don't save but that's intentional IIRC. Either way you could probably be a bit more specific and it would be easier to help you. Currently betting no because your criteria are vague and it seems unlikely you will change your opinion.
@wasabipesto Hi, this market isn't about whether the sorting preferences work. It's about whether the sorting preferences are kept if you set them, then click to a different page, and then hit the browser 'back' button.
Manifold is already aware of this limitation (I saw folks chatting about it in Discord a while back). The criteria aren't all that vague; it's a specific sort of bug that could be fixed (or not fixed).

@TedSuzman When I said it worked, I meant it persisted after clicking through and coming back. Can you provide a link to the discord conversation? If it's something I can wrap my head around I might be able to submit a PR.
@wasabipesto ah, cool! Try on the profile “bets” tab — the profile “markets” tab does indeed work in this respect

@TedSuzman You're right, the bets tab has a different behavior. Are there other pages where you see this?
@wasabipesto Same for tab state on notifications screen and on leaderboard screen. Probably others too; haven't checked exhaustively! The profile "bets" tab is probably the main one that gets to me.
