Is this at any time before Jan 1 or only measured at the end?
Since the author appears to have abandoned manifold, perhaps other traders can share how they read it? My take, “by” means any time before EoY, but then it seems odd to me that it never went over mid 50s % in early-mid Oct when ETH was tanking hard and got very close to 1500.
