If my salary is at least 10% higher than it was at market creation before December 31st this market will resolve YES. In the case that I do get a raise during December but the first paycheck the raise applies to is in 2024 it will still resolve YES. Also includes the possibility of changing employer and that in turn resulting in at least 10% higher pay. If I haven't got a raise or a raise that is less than 10% by December 31st market will resolve to NO.
