Goals scored during the tournament + assigned handicap goals.

Only goals scored in regular time and extra time count. Goals scored in penalty shootouts do not count.

YES resolves to the stage or final place reached by the team that wins the
"Most Goals (+ Handicap)" market after all tie-breakers have been applied.
