Resolves to YES if Ohtani is convicted or pleads guilty to any crime as a result of his involvement in the gambling scandal centering around his interpreter Ippei Mizuhara. The crime does not have to be a violation of a gambling statute but does have to be related to the scandal (e.g. lying under oath about his involvement would count).

I will resolve this to NO if he is not charged with a crime before 12/31/24. If he has been charged but the case is not resolved at that date, then I will extend the market until the case is resolved.
