I'm thinking about how to structure these markets. I really want some kind of eternal market offering options on the boolean, like YES/NO over 1,5,10 years etc all automatically generated. For now I think I'm going to keep duplicating these set of markets at the end of the year, if they haven't resolved. So people voting NO CHANGE get paid out at end of year, and can make more next year.
