How do you feel about cilantro? Is it delicious? Is it the worst thing to ever exist and should be burned with holy fire to the point of extinction? Large portions of the population have a gene that strongly correlates to a distaste of cilantro (10-20% are oft quoted numbers, see more data on Wikipedia), though that ranges widely by ethnic and cultural demographics. And many are allergic and have no idea.

I'm running a poll and will use the results to determine resolution.

If 80% or more voters in the poll say "I like cilantro" when the poll closes (a day after this question), this resolves YES. If 20% or more say "Cilantro tastes awful" or "I am allergic to cilantro" (combined), this resolves NO. If neither option reaches the amount required (or they both do, which they won't), this resolves 50%.
