Prosecutors normally give defense attorneys the names of their upcoming witnesses as a courtesy so the latter can prepare. Trump's prosecutors initially said they wouldn't because Trump would mention them on social. The defense complained, but the judge backed them up, figuring Trump couldn't contain himself. The defense said they wouldn't tell Trump. The prosecutors scoffed, but later decided they would give the defense one name on Sunday night as a test. If Trump goes after the witness on social, his lawyers will get no more names and have to be prepared for all 19 other potential witnesses every day. Will Trump fail this test?
