Resolves YES if Figma is successfully acquired by Adobe before the end of the year. If the acquisition is agreed upon but not actually finalized before the end of the year, this resolves NO.

I'm confused by this language. The acquisition is agreed. Adobe filed documentation with the SEC detailing the merger agreement.

It may not close, ie, Adobe may not wire the money, this year or next... but the terms are fixed.
