Will GPT-4 usage rates return to their original amounts or higher by May 1st?

Question

GPT-4 was originally launched allowing 100 messages every 4 hours.

Since then it was lowered multiple times, currently down to 25 messages every 3 hours.

Will OpenAI restore our original prompt amount (or higher) for ChatGPT Plus users by May?
