Will replies on X have a like count at the end of the year?

The like count has to be publicly visible (ie. not just to the creator of the post). If there is a setting toggle or A/B test which allows at least 30% + of the userbase to be able to see a like count on all replies then this will still resolve as yes.
"at end of year" = if this is true for any moment of December 31st.
