If it's raining in Houston but they close the roof (as what happened during last year's Championship game at SOFI), this should resolve as NO, right?

@AjayChabra I think the better decision would be if there is rain at the stadium. For the internationals and non-resident insiders it is fairer. It was not set up as a trick question, but great point!

@aok If it's on the field during the game, then sure. But sounds like it was pregame. Also while there are reports of severe weather today, I'm seeing by some sources that the storm has passed? According to some weather radars it looks like it stopped raining, by game time start. It seems unclear, would like to see a definitive source either way.

According to NOAA climate data, the chance of rain in Houston on any given January 8th is 34.2%. However, the game only lasts a few hours, although it's not clear exactly what would count as the start and end of the game for this market.

@Eiim my belief is a YES will be if rain falls at any time from the whistle for the kick off until the final play is complete.
