Will nine or more people put in a prediction on this market?

Bots don't count towards the total. If I predict, I do count.

I may close this market early if the answer is YES but I won't extend the close date if the answer is NO.

This is the latest version of this market, each one with a target that's one higher. Here's how long it's taken to reach the target each time:

Will this market have six or more unique predictors - hit the target in 7 minutes

Will this market have seven or more unique predictors - hit the target in 1 hour 37 minutes

Will this market have eight or more unique predictors - hit the target in 2 hours 12 minutes

This was the first version of the market where there was some doubt over the result and we had some NO predictions!

The next iteration is tougher by one:

predicted YES

@SimonGrayson I think it resolves YES. (12 traders - 2 bots)

You reduce the chance of getting enough traders if initial investors are too greedy, it takes the incentive away from future bettors.

@DanMan314 Very true... If the first bettors were aggressive enough then there'd be some value in betting on NO, but by predicting NO you'd be helping get that number closer to nine while also giving more value to any potential YES bettors.

I suspect that nine is still too low a number for it to turn into a tactical choice!
