Will the race be cancelled?
Resolution notes:
If the race hasn't taken place by the end of the day on Sunday, this market will resolve to YES even if it rerranged for Monday or any other day
If the race takes place behind the safety car and a result is declared (like the 2021 Belgian Grand Prix), this market will resolve to NO even if no green flag laps have taken place

I thought this might turn into an interesting prediction market if we had a repeat of events like Australia 2020 or Spa 2021 where FOM, the FIA and the teams were saying different things about whether the event was going to happen...
It's good to see that F1 has got their act together when it comes to events like this, but that's a bit of a shame for the market!
@SimonGrayson My first thought was Typhoon Phanfone during The Japanese Grand Prix in 2014 ; RIP Jules Bianchi. That race should've been canceled.
Glad F1 got this one right.
F1 Emilia Romagna Grand Prix cancelled due to flooding in northern Italy
The reports are that the disruption to the area is getting worse (meaning that spectators, marshells and other officials may struggle to get to the track) and Italy's deputy Prime Minister has come out saying that the race should be cancelled:
