@LeifKBrooks I got Washington Cathedral as first hit when I reverse searched just the top part of the photo. People are wearing winter clothes, as they would today. No mention of the photo being from some other occasion.
I would say burden of proof is reversed at this point, resolves YES unless proved differently?
