It resolves NO if he is found guilty of one or more charges.
Resolution will be based on official court reporting from reliable sources (e.g. Reuters, AP, BBC, court documents).
If the trial ends without a full verdict (e.g. mistrial, plea deal that avoids a jury verdict on all counts), the market will be resolved at the creator’s discretion or N/A if no clear outcome.
