Resolves YES, if within one year, there is evidence that Mohammed Deif, head of Hamas's military, is present in Gaza. Resolves NO if there is evidence to the contrary. If there is evidence that Deif moved away/into Gaza since this market was created, this market will resolve to wherever he presumably was at this time. Otherwise, I will assume that he was in his current location since the war started. If there is no evidence either way, resolves N/A.
Incontroversial evidence will trigger an immediate resolution. Evidence of a lower standard, like for example if Israel conquers all of Gaza but doesn't find him, will still trigger a Non-N/A resolution upon close. Pure speculation will just resolve N/A.

This is the source (in Hebrew) saying that the videos are recent.

@Shump Sorry about another Hebrew source but this one explicitly says the video is from a tunnel in Gaza and that this was confirmed by the IDF: https://www.haaretz.co.il/news/politics/2023-12-20/ty-article/.premium/0000018c-8701-d91e-a19c-ffadc4d00000
@yard Valuable evidence, but not enough for an immediate resolution. Do you know which report of escape does this refer to?
