Does a cancelation count?

If I do not depart within 30 minutes of my scheduled departure, it will count as a delay.

If a substitute flight is provided that departs within 30 minutes of my scheduled departure then it will not count as a delay.

If I reschedule a flight, it will constitute a new basis for my scheduled departure and will not count as a delay against my prior schedule but can nonetheless count as a delay if departure is later than 30 minutes later than the rescheduled departure.
