The churches website says: "Priesthood keys are the authority to direct the use of the priesthood on behalf of God’s children. The use of all priesthood authority in the Church is directed by those who hold priesthood keys".
This definition of priesthood keys leaves room for a future where men still hold the "keys" of the priesthood but 'direct' both men and women to use the priesthood similarly.

@HankyUSA I've clarified the description. It now hinges on whether women will be authorized to perform one-third of the ordinances that are currently exclusive to men.
@ShaunQuinton They said women could pass the sacrament in the mother's lounge (breastfeeding room) specifically because it's "not a priesthood ordinance." Interesting, but not an indication that women will receive the priesthood.
