Resolves YES if: At market close the @NPR twitter account has this label or a similar one.
Resolves NO if: No label or a new, less strongly worded one (like "Partially state-funded media").

@ShaiNatapov They just laid off a bunch of their staff. I don’t imagine they’re so flush with cash that they can turn money down.
