How 'consensual' could this really be? Duelling culture imposed heavy stigma on 'cowards', which is a reason to deny it to everyone, even if two people could exceptionally prove consent. There's a 'thin end of the wedge' objection, but we've sustained prohibition on duelling for a long time, often in contexts of extensive personal liberty. (I voted 'weakly yes').
