This market resolves YES is another sovereign country send troops to fight in the Russian-Ukraine war. Volunteers, trainers, observers do not count. Troops from the DNR, Abkhazia or other unrecognized countries do no count. Intelligence support from airmen flying AWACS outside the warzone do not count, but would count if they started flying within Ukraine and/or Russia.

This market will resolve NO if no country joins the war by the end of 2024 or if a permanent ceasefire is reached before then and no country has joined.
