Resolution criteria:

This market will resolve to "Yes" if, Canada officially recognizes and accepts the car safety standards of the European Union (EU), Japan, or South Korea as equivalent to its own, allowing vehicles meeting these standards to be sold in Canada without additional modifications. Official recognition must be confirmed through an announcement by the Government of Canada or a relevant regulatory body. If no such recognition occurs by the specified date, the market will resolve to "No."

Background:

This has been proposed by Canadian Automobile Dealers Association, but I assume it will be opposed by auto manufacturers.
