This market will most likely resolve in August, when Scott Alexander posts the list of times and places of "meetups everywhere". Will any be in New Mexico? None were in 2021 or 2022.
This market will resolve based on the first "meetups everywhere" announcement in 2023. I'm assuming there will be only one, but if there are two it resolves based on the first.
If "meetups everywhere" is cancelled with no obvious successor event, this market resolves N/A.

Otherwise, I am currently planning on moving to Albuquerque in June (for at least a few months) and assuming I am both living there and there is not already an event, I'm happy to host one.
@RobertCousineau it is no longer looking as likely I will be in New Mexico over the summer - tentative date has moved towards fall.
