My landlord of San Francisco apartment in Nob Hill has been actively avoiding returning my deposit for 3 months and previously illegally cut it from $4000 to 1500$. After a conversation with him >1 month ago he promised to return 2900$ but never confirmed it. Today he said I'll see my return within ~1h

alright folks, i just got a wire for 2200 - that is ~1400 less than what is fair and 600 less than what was promised. the fight is not over
