Resolves to yes if Matt Gaetz comes up for a vote after being appointed for Attorney General and Susan Collins votes yes. Resolves to no if he comes up and she does not vote yes.
Market is voided if someone other than Gaetz is confirmed to AG, or if Gaetz becomes AG by recess appointment, or if Susan Collins leaves the senate, or at the end of Trump's term if he has somehow failed to ever confirm an AG by then.
