Based I what I’ve seen, one should rarely bet against the MM team moving fast when they want to do something. Head of growth is going to be the most challenging position IMO. Good luck!

Some more info to inform your decision: - We've currently onboarded 1 full-time and 2 part-time engineering contractors, some of whom are interested in converting to FTE - We have 1 community manager and 1 head of growth candidate I'm very excited for, but unclear if they will want to join a full-time role

Good luck with this! I think 70% is a good estimate, so putting a small punt on NO because hiring 3 very different roles and finding the match you need will be challenging. Not so much finding applicants but finding that fit. This has to be the best job ad channel (this market ... specifically not notion site) I have ever seen though. Nice!
