- We've currently onboarded 1 full-time and 2 part-time engineering contractors, some of whom are interested in converting to FTE
- We have 1 community manager and 1 head of growth candidate I'm very excited for, but unclear if they will want to join a full-time role
Good luck with this! I think 70% is a good estimate, so putting a small punt on NO because hiring 3 very different roles and finding the match you need will be challenging. Not so much finding applicants but finding that fit.
