Resolves YES if Chaya Raichik is found guilty of any crime under U.S. law in a court of law.
Resolves NO if conditions above are not met.

@jacksonpolack my justification is the recent incident regarding the nonbinary student that died. I don't know much about so I will not comment. This market is more for others who know the situation better than me
@Rucker As much as Raichik's rhetoric is promoting transphobia online and maybe be subtly increasing the division and bigotry in the current LGBTQ culture war, she is guilty of nothing more than posting inflammatory content online.
There could be a civil case here because of harassment that people have received as a result of Raichik posting about them, but I doubt it would be a particularly strong one.
I don't see any prosecutors bothering to charge her with anything unless she starts explicitly calling for violence or harassment.
@Athena A fair point and something I recommend reading to anyone who is interested in betting on this.
