@duncan: By my reckoning that's for @hamnox to decide, if they do create a group. All this market specifies is that the new group is somehow collecting markets that have perverse incentives pushing people to manipulate the resolution criteria of the markets. Whether there are additional criteria, like requiring markets in the group to push a "real-world" outcome, is irrelevant to this specific question. You will note that this market isn't about whether it will be a member of the new group, just that a new group is made. Also, "Markets for Moving" is a pretty great name.
This is a bit vague, as causing someone to bid on a market such as "this market will have X $M" is designed to incentivize people to invest more in an otherwise unlikely fashion, but doesn't impact RL, off-site events.
