I work for a landscaping company in Canada. We currently have 23 people on staff for the winter season. Calling in sick is more common on the rainy days which can be often as we are located in British Columbia.

The sick-tistics:

Jan 5th: 10

Jan 12th: 4

Jan 19th: 8

Jan 26th: 2

Total sick in January: 24

February 2nd:

February 9th:

February 16th:

February 23rd:

Total sick in February:

The total for sick call-ins in January was 24. My question to you is, will there be more or less in the month of February.

Last year there were 30 sicks in February.
