Resolves YES if a new Apple iPad model is available for US consumers to purchase any time before June 1, 2024. Updates to existing model lines (iPad pro, air, mini, etc.) all count.
Edge cases: If a new model is available for pre-order before June 1, resolves YES. If a new model is announced, but not available for purchase or pre-order, resolves NO.
