@LachlanMunro Meaning if he actually goes to NY is he arrested on that same day. That's why I worded it like that, so if he attends and isn't arrested until the next day, it would resolve to NO.

@MartinRandall If he doesn't attend maybe just resolve as N/A? It seems like most people think he's just going to do it by video? But who knows, at this point nothing surprises me
