There's a somewhat niche CS subtopic that @Alana wants to learn, I'm really well positioned to teach her.
I usually do up to a few hours on the house to "pay it forward" or as a luckmaxing heuristic, but since she predicts to want it to be more ongoing we might as well work out the pricing model up front.
What's the most elaborate, galbrained, obnoxious way she could pay me?
I genuinely think I'd need some cash relatively upfront, but if half the comp was "equity in some impact cert that isn't even legible for a year and isn't in my bank account until impact certs are a mature financial instrument" that'd be great.
I'm leaning toward an elicitation protocol to get hourly subjective assessments of how valuable the education/service is and making prices a function of that spreadsheet. Something like this is on my mind.
I'll have a low bar for throwing small mana payouts to minimally engaging/brainstorming with this post. If someone just crushes it and writes a detailed schematic in one shot they'll obviously get the whole thing and probably some extra managram on top.
