Update: Destiny has allowed dgger chatter, zlxb, to stream the Good Doctor show when he was asked before the stream ended. Since that's technically not a movie, I won't count it as a YES.
However, if Destiny explicitly allows a movie to be streamed or gives the green light for movies to be streamed (even for one night), this market will resolve as a YES.
If he is asked by a chatter if a movie can be streamed before ending his stream and he answers YES, this market will resolve to a YES.
If Destiny requests for a movie to be streamed like he did with Dune, this market will resolve to a YES.
