@PeterMillerc030 In general. The world handled it differently. Some places were more strict and others less so. You can vote based on what you experienced first hand. Or you can vote based on how the world as a whole handled it and if you think it was worth anything that may have been lost.
Anyone that thinks shutting down is a bad idea in general should vote no.
