This will resolve based on a Supreme Court decision. If a subgroup of the "Letzte Generation" is classified as a criminal organization, this resolves Yes.
If it becomes unreasonable to believe there is going to be a Supreme Court decision at all, for example if the "Letzte Generation" ceases to exist and there are no ongoing legal proceedings which might lead to a decision, this will resolve No.

According to Thomas Fischer, former head of the Federal Court of Justice and renowned legal scholar, there can be "criminal subgroups" (German only: https://www.lto.de/recht/meinung/m/kriminelle-vereinigung-thomas-fischer-letzte-generation/). If a subgroup is classified as criminal organization, this is sufficient for Yes resolution.
